Zoo Trip Part 2

Zoo trip

We took Evie to the zoo for the first time today and had such a great time. The best part was feeding the giraffes. they were the animal that Evie saw for sure. Enjoy!

Crawling Baby!

So if you can believe it, Evie is not only sitting up by herself, but is now crawling a bit. When did she get so big? She really gets frustrated when she isn't allowed to move, (i.e. Mom is holding her or trying to change her diaper.) she is so independent.

Swimming Time!

We finally got the pool up and stuck Evie in the water. She LOVES it! She is definitely a natural swimmer. Hope you guys enjoy the video and pictures as much as we do.

Smile!

Evie is doing great and is growing every day. She is definitely at that stage where she has to be the center of attention and does not like to be left alone, not that we want to. :)

Just to let everyone know, since Evie is all torso and at 8 months is fitting into 12 month clothes, if anyone want to get her outfits or anything like that, we wold recommend staying away from onesies. She out grows them so quickly that she hardly ever gets to wear them. We just want to make sure that people are not spending money and she isn't even getting a chance to wear the outfits.

Chatty Cathy

So Evie is a regular Chatty Cathy now. She loves to talk and let us know how shes feeling, especially when we have her toy or are not paying enough attention to her. Her new favorite pastime is smacking everyone and everything. She is a real feisty thing.
We got her pictures taken on Sunday, so hopefully by the 11th we can have them posted for everyone to see. Sadly, she didn't smile hardly at all, which is beyond frustrating since she is such a happy child. Untill Sunday...
